Rules and regulations "Tickets d'Or" Monsieur TSHIRT

ARTICLE 1 - Organizing company

MONSIEUR TSHIRTMr TSHIRT, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), registered under the SIREN number 792414542, has been in business since 2013. Headquartered in LORMONT (33310), it specializes in the wholesale (business-to-business) of clothing and footwear and has between 50 and 99 employees. From July 2, 2024 to October 31, 2024 inclusive, Monsieur TSHIRT is organizing a contest entitled "L'Opération Tickets d'Or", the terms and conditions of which are detailed in the present rules.


ARTICLE 2 - Duration

This game will start on July 02, 2024 and will end on October 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm (French connection date and time being taken as proof).



ARTICLE 3 - Game principle



14,000 golden tickets will be randomly distributed among orders placed between July 2, 2024 and September 2, 2024, on the following websites: monsieurtshirt.fr, monsieurtshirt.ch, monsieurtshirt.nl, monsieurtshirt.es, monsieurtshirt.it, monsieurtshirt.eu, monsieurtshirt.us, monsieurtshirt.uk, monsieurtshirt.at. The tickets will be distributed while stocks last. Some orders may therefore contain tickets, others not, and this in a random manner.



ARTICLE 4 - Access & conditions of participation

The game is reserved for all natural persons of legal age, excluding the staff of the Organizing Companies and persons involved in the design and implementation of the game. The game is accessible via the purchase of one or more Monsieur TSHIRT brand products from the following websites: monsieurtshirt.fr, monsieurtshirt.ch, monsieurtshirt.nl, monsieurtshirt.es, monsieurtshirt.it, monsieurtshirt.eu, monsieurtshirt.us, monsieurtshirt.uk, monsieurtshirt.at.

It is strictly forbidden for participants to modify or attempt to modify, by any means whatsoever, the parameters and devices of the Game as described in these rules, in order, in particular, to modify or alter its operation, progress and/or results. Failure to comply with this clause will result in immediate disqualification of the participant.




ARTICLE 5 - Prize

All tickets d'or are winners, but offer different prizes. All prizes are accessible via codes, hidden under the scratch surface of the tickets d'or. These codes are valid until October 31, 2024. Opposite the description of the different prizes of the tickets d'or:

  • 1 golden ticket offering 300€ in vouchers (excluding delivery), valid in one go.
  • 3 golden tickets offering 200€ in gift vouchers (excluding delivery), valid in one go.
  • 5 golden tickets offering 200€ gift voucher (excluding delivery), valid in one go.
  • 12 golden tickets offering 200€ gift voucher (excluding delivery), valid in one go.

The remaining golden tickets are divided into two categories:

  • The first is a 20% discount on the basket (excluding delivery).
  • The second is a 10% discount on the basket (excluding delivery).

These vouchers and discounts are valid for all orders placed on the following sites: monsieurtshirt.fr, monsieurtshirt.ch, monsieurtshirt.nl, monsieurtshirt.es, monsieurtshirt.it, monsieurtshirt.eu, monsieurtshirt.us, monsieurtshirt.uk, monsieurtshirt.at.
